A fire broke out in a large woodland on 1. Kısım Deliklikaya Yolu Street in Bahçeşehir, Başakşehir. The Fire Department was called at 11:57 and firefighters from Bahçeşehir station attended the incident. The fire crew, arriving at the scene soon along with the flame eagle, the fire & rescue helicopter, making 13 sorties, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the woodland, no one was injured or dead.
