A fire broke out on the roof of a four-storey building on Cumhuriyet Road in Şehitler Neighbourhood, Esenyurt. The Fire Department was called at 14:51 and fire crews from Esenyurt, Avcılar, Kıraç and Beylikdüzü stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze and evacuated seven people trapped on upper floors. While the fire resulted in damage to the roof, no one was injured or dead.
