A fire broke out in the third-floor flat of a six-storey building Katip Kasım Cami in Katip Kasım Neighbourhood, Fatih. The Fire Department was called at 18:56 and firefighters from Fatih station attended the incident. The fire crew, arriving at the scene soon, worked hard and extinguished the blaze. One person trapped was rescued and delivered over to paramedics. While the fire resulted in damage to the flat, no one was injured or dead.
