A fire broke out in a single-storey shanty house on Zambak Street in Bostancı Neighbourhood, Kadıköy. The Fire Department was called at 07:46 and fire crews from Erenköy and Maltepe stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, worked hard and extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the shanty house, no one was injured or dead.
