A fire broke out in a factory manufacturing plastic & wooden bathroom furnitures on 117 Street in Akçaburgaz Neighbourhood, Esenyurt. The Fire Department was called at 10:31 and fire crews from Kıraç, Avcılar, Beylikdüzü, Esenyurt, Mimarsinan, Bakırköy, Başakşehir, Gaziosmanpaşa, Hadımköy, Çatalca, Kocasinan and Hacıosman stations attended the incident along with ambulances. 96 firefighters in 30 fire apparatus, arriving at the scene soon, worked hard and extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the factory, no one was injured or dead.
