A fire broke out in a bicycle-manufacturing factory in Küçük Industrial Estate in Esentepe Neighbourhood, Sultangazi. The Fire Department was called at 11:53 and fire crews from Gaziosmanpaşa, Sultangazi, Şişli and Bakırköy stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, worked hard and extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the factory, no one was injured or dead.
