A fire broke out in the first-floor flat of a four-storey building on Atatürk Road in Piri Mehmet Paşa Neighbourhood, Silivri. The Fire Department was called at 14:52 and firefighters from Silivri station attended the incident. The fire crew, arriving at the scene soon, worked hard and extinguished the blaze. One person trapped on upper floors was rescued by the firefighters and taken to hospital by the paramedics. While the fire resulted in damage to the flat, no one was injured or dead.
