A fire broke out in the third-floor flat of a four-storey building on Kocamustafapaşa Road in Cerrahpaşa Neighbourhood, Fatih. The Fire Department was called at 13:12 and fire crews from Fatih and Kocamustafapaşa stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, worked hard and extinguished the blaze. One person trapped on upper floors were rescued by the fire crews and taken to hospital by paramedics. While the fire resulted in damage to the flat, no one was dead.
