A fire broke out in three containers where the workers stayed in Göztepe Campus of Maramara University on Fahrettin Kerim Gökay Road in Eğitim Neighbourhood, Kadıköy. The Fire Department was called at 16:49 and firefighters from Erenköy station attended the incident. The fire crew, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the containers, no one was injured or dead.
