A fire broke out in a wooden building on Zeki Müren Street in Çavuş Neighbourhood, Şile. The Fire Department was called at 22:53 and fire crews from Şile, Ömerli and Şile Karacaköy stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, brought the blaze under control and prevented it from spreading to the neighbouring buildings. While the fire resulted in damage to the wooden building, no one was injured or dead.
