A road accident occurred in the direction of Edirne on the access road of TEM on Kenan Evren Road in Fatih Sultan Mehmet Neighbourhood, Sarıyer. The Fire Department was called at 19:06 and firefighters from İstinye station attended the incident. The crew, arriving at the scene soon, worked meticulously and rescued the driver stuck in the lorry injured. Then he was taken to hospital by paramedics. While the fire resulted in damage to the lorry, no one was dead.
