A fire broke out in a single-storey shanty house on Şerefler Street in Merdivenköy Neighbourhood, Kadıköy. The Fire Department was called at 18:35 and fire crews from Kadıköy and Erenköy stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, worked hard and extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the shanty house, no one was injured or dead.
