Rescue crews in search of a lost kid in Kayseri City

The family of the 13-year-old boy named Çağlar Özcan, who had fallen into Kızılırmak River while catching fish, asked for help from Kadir Topbaş, the Mayor of Istanbul City. With the order of the Mayor, a six-person water search & rescue team from Istanbul Fire Department set off at 22:00 on 30th April and the rescuers started a search & rescue operation at 09:00 the next morning. Also crews from the District Police Department, AFAD and UMKE have participated in the rescue operation for the 13-year old boy in Kayseri City in Central Anatolia Region of Turkey.
