A fire broke out in a shanty house and on the roofs of two neighbouring buildings on Hürrem Street in Aşağı Dudullu Neighbourhood, Ümraniye. The Fire Department was called at 02:20 and fire crews from Dudullu, Ümraniye, Yenidoğan, Çavuşbaşı, Kayışdağı, Kadıköy and Büyük Bakkalköy stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the buildings, no one was injured or dead.
