A fire broke out at the roof of a four-storey workplace in the Varnishing & Nickeling Industrial Estate in Ziya Gökalp Neighbourhood, Başakşehir. The Fire Department was called at 22:34 and fire crews from Başakşehir, Bağcılar, Gaziosmanpaşa, Şişli and İkitelli stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the workplace, no one was injured or dead.
