A fire broke out on the roof of a seven-storey building in Oteller Street in Asmalı Mescit Neighbourhood, Beyoğlu. The Fire Department was called at 11:51 and fire crews from Beyoğlu, Fatih and Şişli stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon with ambulances, extinguished the blaze. A person was slightly injured and taken to hospital by paramedics. While the fire resulted in damage to the roof of the building, no one was dead.
