A fire broke out at the roof of a three-storey factory on Deniz Aktaş Road in Kavaklı Neighbourhood, Beylikdüzü. The Fire Department was called at 09:22 and fire crews from Beylikdüzü, Beykent, Mimarsinan, Avcılar, Bakırköy, Şişli, Başakşehir and Hadımköy stations attended the incident. 86 firefighters in 25 fire engines, arriving at the scene soon along with ambulances, worked hard and extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the roof of the factory, no one was injured or dead.
