A road accident occurred on Fındıklı slip road in Başıbüyük Neighbourhood, Maltepe. The Fire Department was called at 16:48 and firefighters from Maltepe station attended the incident. The crew, arriving at the scene soon along with an ambulance, rescued a person stuck in the van. While the accident resulted in damage to the vehicle, no one was dead.
