It was informed that the pumper of a concrete mixer had exploded during works at a building foundation on Cemil Topuzlu Road in Cadde Bostan Neighbourhood, Kadıköy and two workers had been injured. The Fire Department was called at 14:15 and crews from Kadıköy, Erenköy and Ünalan stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon along with ambulances, rescued two workers and delivered them to the paramedics who would take them to hospital.
