A fire broke out in a three-storey wooden building on Küçük Pazar Mektebi Street in Hoca Gıyasettin Neighbourhood, Fatih. The Fire Department was called at 20:42 and fire crews from Fatih, Beyoğlu, Şişli, Bakırköy, Bayrampaşa, Gaziosmanpaşa, Eminönü, Kocamustafapaşa, Sadabad and Seyrantepe stations attended the incident. 76 firefighters in 25 fire engines, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the wooden building, no one was injured or dead.
