A fire broke out in a shanty house on Hülyalı Street in İnönü Neighbourhood, Kayışdağı. The Fire Department was called at 12:48 and firefighters from Kayışdağı station attended the incident. 12 firefighters in 4 fire engines, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze and evacuated a seven-year-old boy who would be taken to hospital by paramedics. The fire resulted in damage to the shanty house.
