A fire broke out at the electric meters on the basement floor of a four-storey building on Dr. Sadık Ahmet Road in Denizköşkler Neighbourhood, Avcılar. The Fire Department was called at 13:02 and firefighters from Avcılar station attended the incident. The fire crew, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze and evacuated two people trapped by smoke in the building. While the fire resulted in damage to the basement floor, no one was injured or dead.
