A fire broke out on the first floor of a three-storey building on Hürriyet Road in Fatih Neighbourhood, Tuzla. The Fire Department was called at 22:48 and firefighters from Tuzla station attended the incident. The fire crew, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze and rescued nine people trapped on upper floors. While the fire resulted in damage to the dwelling, no one was dead.
